Hulyo 2025 — Wage Order No. 26
The last tranche of WO NCR-26 brought the daily floor to ₱695.
Hulyo 25, 2026 — unang tranche ng NCR-27
A +₱60 increase took effect July 25, 2026. Ayan na ang ₱755 kada araw.
Enero 20, 2027 — huling tranche
The final +₱25 lands January 20, 2027, bringing the floor to ₱780. At ang mga domestic workers sa NCR? May hiwalay silang monthly floor (₱7,000 mula Pebrero 2026).

✅ Karapatan mo, kahit anong region
- Basic pay na hindi bababa sa floor ng region mo.
- May 13th month pay ka pa rin.
- May OT at holiday premiums ka pa rin — nakapatong sa itaas ng minimum.
- May bisa ang wage orders kahit sa maliliit na shop.
❌ Hindi pwede
- Mga deduction na nagpapababa ng basic pay sa ilalim ng floor.
- Allowances na ginagamit itago ang sub-minimum basic pay.
- Ituring na negotiation ang below-floor na sahod — reportable violation 'yan.
Mahalagang paalala
Important honesty note: wage orders change frequently (there were multiple hikes recently), and every region plus several sectors have different numbers. Before relying on one figure, check the National Wages and Productivity Commission website (nwcpc.dole.gov.ph) which maintains the official current table for all 17 regional boards.
